Shipments are to be mailed to the address above. Be sure to include: your e-mail address, a brief description of the problem and any special instructions you may have for return shipment.

Estimates are always free, but you will be required to pay the return shipping costs if you decide not to proceed with the recommended servicing.

If your parcel will be crossing an internation border, it is critical that you clearly state in your customs declaration that you are sending a broken watch, to be repaired and returned. The calue placed on the watch for insurance will determine the amount of duty, customs and taxes we will be charged upon receipt.
